In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we do accept returns only for products damaged during transit. To process such a request, an unboxing/opening video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and assist you promptly.
Please note that, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sold items unless they are damaged during shipment.
